Plans bill monthly from the day you subscribe. Subscribe mid-cycle and the first charge is prorated. Overage on Plus and Pro is optional: an Allow overage switch in Billing lets you keep saving at $0.05 per memory or stop hard at your limit, and any overage appears as its own line on the same invoice. Payments are processed by Paddle.
